• Master CD or DVD, fully mastered/authored
• Press-ready graphics files set to our templates and specifications
• Completed Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Form and licensing (if applicable)
• 50% deposit (Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discover, check, money order, cash)
• Complete contact, email and shipping information
