Will's professional experiences range from engineering radio broadcasts and creating weekly syndicated radio shows, to recording and mixing full score music productions, completing detailed audio restorations, and performing high quality CD mastering for commercial release albums.
As the chief engineer for National Media Services since May 2003 his responsibilities are numerous and include recording, mixing, editing, audio restoration, and
mastering. Will knows that his greatest attribute for this field is his own musicianship. He studied "Recording Systems Techniques" and received his Bachelor of Music (Music Education) from The Conservatory of Music at
Shenandoah University. His major instrument is the trumpet, and has studied both jazz and classical styles. During his studies he had the honor of performing with great guest artists and composers such as Randy Brecker, Allen Vizzutti, and Alan Baylock.
Will has also designed and configured many facilities during his career including the brand new studios here at National Media Services. Will's knowledge and experience of recording and mastering is only exceeded by his love of the business. He is quickly gaining the reputation as a superb mastering and recording engineer with clients requesting his services from all over the country. Some clients are: Bill Emerson & Sweet Dixie, Scythian, Jim McCoy, Walter Hensley, Wayne Taylor & Appaloosa, Bobby Atkins, Dead Men's Hollow, All4Hym, Zallen (aka Mike Jones), Bobby Maynard, The Bates Family, Con Burch, The Rhonda Sager Trio, Robbie Limon, and many more.

George has 40 years experience as an audio/video recording & transmission engineer. His specialty is in acoustic recording and mixing. Although retired from full time recording with National Media Services in 2003, he remains just as busy as ever in his personal studio (Phoenix Productions…annex studio to N.M.S.) in Browntown, VA. George is still the master when it comes to that perfect mix and that is why we refuse to let him retire completely.
George recently completed a project for Bill Emerson with Grammy Award winner Tony Rice. Here's just to name a few that have passed thru the Studios at National Media Services: Individual Artists include: Mike Auldridge, Darren Beachley, Con Burch, Bill Clifton, Dudley Connell, Bill Emerson, Gary Ferguson, Jimmy Gaudreau, Mark Johnson, Wayne Lanham, Emory Lester, Sally Love, Kip Martin, Geronimo Moringo, Leon Morris, Mike Munford, Frank Necessary, Mark Newton, Dave Propst, Tony Rice, Mark Schatz, Chris Sexton, Buster Sexton, Rickie Simpkins, Wayne Taylor, Jordan Tice, Cliff Waldron, Scott Walker, Randy Waller, Pat White, Joe Wheatley, Paul Williams, Bill Yates and Wayne Yates.

Kemp Miller
Kemp is a 30-year veteran in the radio industry, and a graduate of the University of Virginia with a BA in English. It is very evident that he loves being in front of a microphone, and it is evident in his work. He never seems to lose a beat even on very large reading projects. He is a great attribute to the organization and we are proud to have him.
"Here at National Media Services, I get to record a variety of material. It makes the work really interesting. Some days, I am asking questions of an expert in communications for a series of training tapes. Other days, I may be reading a study guide for people working on getting a promotion. Another time, I may be reading a health insurance publication that people will use to make important health care decisions. I'm proud to be a part of the National Media
Services team, because over the past 15 or so years, I've learned that nothing stands in the way of their commitment to quality." - Kemp Miller
